Think of it as a spa day for your bike – we strip it down, give it a good wash, and make it look and perform like new. Once you complete the purchase, we will dispatch an empty box for you to pack your bike. After packing your bike securely, we've got the logistics covered. We'll arrange for a courier to whisk your bike away to our factory workshop.
Brompton Premium Service is available for A Line, C Line, T Line, P Line. We are currently unable to service G Line bikes at this stage.


Once the courier collects your Brompton we will return your freshly tuned bike back to your door within 10 days. We're all about efficiency and excellence. We use our partnered couriers to organise the collection of your Brompton once it has been packaged up. Collections can be organised for Monday - Friday.
The courier will make three delivery attempts on consecutive working days. If they are unable to deliver your bike, it will be returned to factory. We will then contact you to arrange a delivery again.
Very secure; Brompton use well known courier partners. These are the same partners we use for all of our deliveries.
This service is currently available for UK Mainland customers (England, Scotland and Wales.)
We are currently unable to offer this service on G Line bikes.
If your bike requires extra work that's not included in the service price, we'll contact you with our recommendations and provide a quote before doing any work. This is not compulsory, but your safety and enjoyment on your bike is always our main focus.
Bikes with third party parts can still be serviced under Brompton Premium Service. Brompton Premium Service is designed around Brompton approved components, and some limits apply where third party parts are present.
Third party parts remain outside the Brompton approved ecosystem. Brompton cannot guarantee their performance or safety, nor accept liability for any issues relating to them. If a third party part is structural or safety critical and prevents Brompton approved work from being completed safely, the service may be limited or paused until Brompton components are refitted.
Bromptons are designed to have a long service life, and many customers continue to ride their Brompton for many years after purchase. Bikes over 10 years old can still receive Brompton Premium Service, with some important considerations.
As bikes age, factors such as usage history, mileage, maintenance, and environmental exposure can affect structurally important components including the frame, fork, handlebars, and hinge assemblies. These effects are not always visible during inspection.
For this reason, while we will carry out Brompton Premium Service using Brompton approved components and processes, we are unable to guarantee the ongoing safety or performance of age-related structural components on bikes over 10 years old, nor accept liability for issues arising from age-related fatigue or wear.
If obvious damage or excessive wear is identified, the service may be limited or paused until an appropriate solution is agreed, which may include replacement.
Premium Brompton Service
Collect your Brompton bike from our nationwide network of accredited retailers and from our Brompton Junctions. Your bike will be expertly prepared and be ready to ride straight away. Any additional parts and accessories on your order will be sent with your bike.
Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 28 days at your cost.
