These are the Terms and Conditions for the Brompton x Holly & Co Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) to win a Brompton 1975 edition bike. 

 

These are the Terms and Conditions for the Brompton x Zwift at Rouleur Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) to win a special edition Brompton x Zwift bike. 

Terms and Conditions  

Promoter: The Prize Draw is promoted by Brompton Bicycle Limited, 1 Ockham Dr, Greenford UB6 0FD, United Kingdom (“Brompton”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

Eligibility: This Prize Draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18+. You must not be an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or be professionally connected to Brompton, any of its holding or subsidiary companies or Zwift. Unfortunately, if you are an immediate family member of an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or be professionally connected to Brompton, any of its holding or subsidiary companies or Zwift, you are also excluded from entering this prize draw. 

To Enter: To enter the Prize Draw please submit your email address, first name and surname here (the “Site”) and press “Subscribe”. By submitting your email address, you indicate your agreement to receiving marketing communications from Brompton, to these T&Cs, to our privacy terms and to submit your entry. No purchase is necessary. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person. 

Entry Window: The competition will run from 12:00 (midday) on 12 November 2025 until 23:59 on 17 November 2025. Any entries received after this period will be disqualified.

Prize: The prize is a special edition Brompton P Line for Zwift bike. There will only be 1 winner.  

Winner Selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 1 week following the closing date of 23:59 on 17 November 2025. The outcome of the draw will be final. 

Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email to the email address provided within 7 working days of Winner Selection (the “Winner Notification”). Each winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the email. Brompton will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner.  

Prize Acceptance: Each winner will be required to respond to the Winner Notification Email to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the Winner Notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 14 of days of the Winner Notification, Brompton reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant using the same process as stated in the Winner Selection section of these Terms and Conditions.  

Prize Delivery: Within 14 days following the winner’s acceptance of the Prize you must notify Brompton of your shipment address. The winner’s shipment address must be within the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your bike to the shipment address. Brompton will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner but if the winner fails to confirm their shipment address within 14 of days of the Prize Acceptance, Brompton reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant using the same process as stated in the Winner Selection section of these Terms and Conditions. 

11. Further Terms: 

 

11.1 Maximum of 1 entry per entrant. 

11.2 Maintenance, services and running costs of your Prize are the responsibility of the winner from the date of delivery. The date of delivery will be confirmed with each winner in writing following the winner acknowledgment of the Prize and confirmation of the delivery address for the prize. 

11.3 Warranty and its duration will be confirmed with the winner before delivery of the Prize. 

11.4 The Winner should consider obtaining insurance for their Prize in the case of accidents, theft or damage to it.  

11.5 The Prize is not transferable, claimable by a third party on your behalf or redeemable for cash. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use or accept delivery of the Prize for any reason.  

11.6 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Brompton may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. 

11.7 Brompton reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the Brompton brand into disrepute. 

11.8 The Brompton reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 

11.9 If for any reason, any element of the Prize is no longer available, Brompton reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it of equal or greater value. 

11.10 No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Brompton does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Site. 

11.11 Brompton may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner's discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance. 

11.12 It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. Brompton cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. 

11.13 Brompton reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Brompton may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless and until Brompton is satisfied with the verification. 

11.14 As far is permitted by law, Brompton, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Brompton, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The winner’s statutory rights are not affected. 

11.15 Brompton will not be liable for any failure or any delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by any events or conditions beyond its reasonable control such as, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, armed conflicts, riots, collapse of buildings, fires, floods, explosions, storms or significant accidents, failure of a utility service, transport or telecommunications network (including internet), pandemics, malicious damage or due to compliance with any law. 

11.16 Any personal data supplied for the running of this Prize Draw will be used solely for the purpose of this Prize Draw by Brompton and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose unless your consent has been obtained. Brompton will handle your personal data in accordance with Brompton’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.brompton.com/legal/privacy-policy. 

11.17 All data from entries are the property of Brompton. 

11.18 If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions. 

11.19 By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

11.20 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute (contractual or non-contractual) concerning these Terms and Conditions.

To Enter: To enter the Prize Draw please submit your email address, first name and surname at Holly & Co x Brompton 1975 Bike Giveaway (the “Site”) and press “Sign Up”. By submitting your email address, you indicate your agreement to receiving marketing communications from Brompton, sharing your email address with Holly & Co for the purpose of receiving marketing communications from Holly & Co, these T&C’s and our privacy terms and to submit your entry. No purchase is necessary. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person. 

4. Entry Window: The competition will run from 00:00 (midnight) on 6 November 2025 until 23:59 on 4 January 2026. Any entries received after this period will be disqualified. 

5. Prize: The prize is a special edition 1975 Brompton bike valued at up to £2,149 as of 31 October 2025. The Prize comes equipped with a bottle holder and small zip case. There will only be 1 winner.
