Brompton Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

These are the Terms and Conditions for the National Outdoor Exhibition Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) 

 

Terms and Conditions  

1. Promoter: The Prize Draw is promoted by Brompton Bicycle Limited, 1 Ockham Dr, Greenford UB6 0FD, United Kingdom (“Brompton”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility: This Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK, and to those aged 18+. You must not be an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or be professionally connected to Brompton or any of its holding or subsidiary companies. Unfortunately, if you are an immediate family member of an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or are professionally connected to Brompton or any of its holding or subsidiary companies, you are also excluded from entering this prize draw. 

3. To enter: Provide your first name, surname, email address, and country here and press “Submit & Enter.” By entering, you agree to these T&Cs, our privacy terms and to receiving marketing communication. 
   Taking a test ride at the show’s demo area is encouraged but not required to enter. No purchase necessary. Limit of one entry per person. 

4. Entry Window: The competition will run from 09:00 on 9 May 2026 until 12:00 lunchtime on 11 May 2026. Any entries received after this period will be disqualified. 

5. Prize: The prize is one Brompton P Line 4 speed, mid bar in plum red, valued at RRP £2,399 as of May 2026. There will only be 1 winner. 

6. Winner Selection: All valid entries will be reviewed after the competition closes on 11 May 2026 at 12:00 lunchtime. The winning entry will be drawn at random from all submissions. The Promoter will verify entries by exporting them into a spreadsheet for review.  

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email to the email address provided within 7 working days of Winner Selection (the “Winner Notification”). The winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the email. Brompton will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.  

8. Prize Acceptance: The winner will be required to respond to the Winner Notification Email to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the Winner Notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 14 of days of the Winner Notification, Brompton reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant using the same process as stated in the Winner Selection section of these Terms and Conditions.  

9. Prize Delivery: Within 14 days following the winner’s acceptance of the Prize you must notify Brompton of your shipment address. The winner’s shipment address must be within the UK. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your bike to the shipment address. Brompton will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner but if the winner fails to confirm their shipment address within 14 of days of the Prize Acceptance, Brompton reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant using the same process as stated in the Winner Selection section of these Terms and Conditions. 

10. Further Terms: 

1. Maximum of 1 entry per entrant. 

2. Maintenance, services and running costs of your Prize are the responsibility of the winner from the date of delivery. The date of delivery will be confirmed with each winner in writing following the winner acknowledgment of the Prize and confirmation of the delivery address for the prize. 

3. Warranty and its duration will be confirmed with the winner before delivery of the Prize. 

4. The Winner should consider obtaining insurance for their Prize in the case of accidents, theft or damage to it.  

5. The Prize is not transferable, claimable by a third party on your behalf or redeemable for cash. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use or accept delivery of the Prize for any reason.  

6. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Brompton may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. 

7. Brompton reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the Brompton brand into disrepute. 

8. Brompton reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 

9. If for any reason, any element of the Prize is no longer available, Brompton reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another prize for it of equal or greater value. 

10. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Brompton does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Site. 

11. Brompton may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winner is under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner's discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance. 

12. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. Brompton cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize. 

13. Brompton reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Brompton may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prize may be withheld unless and until Brompton is satisfied with the verification. 

14. As far is as permitted by law, Brompton, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Brompton, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The winner’s statutory rights are not affected. 

15. Brompton will not be liable for any failure or any delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by any events or conditions beyond its reasonable control such as, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, armed conflicts, riots, collapse of buildings, fires, floods, explosions, storms or significant accidents, failure of a utility service, transport or telecommunications network (including internet), pandemics, malicious damage or due to compliance with any law. 

16. Any personal data supplied for the running of this Prize Draw will be used solely for the purpose of this Prize Draw by Brompton and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose unless your consent has been obtained. Brompton will handle your personal data in accordance with Brompton’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.brompton.com/legal/privacy-policy. 

17. All data from entries are the property of Brompton. 

18. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions. 

19. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any dispute (contractual or non-contractual) concerning these Terms and Conditions.

These are the Terms and Conditions for the “What is your Superpower” Competition (the “Competition”) 

 

Terms and Conditions  

 

1. Promoter: The Competition is promoted by Brompton Bicycle Limited, 1 Ockham Dr, Greenford UB6 0FD, United Kingdom (“Brompton”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Eligibility: This Competition is only open to residents of the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, or Spain, and be aged 18+. You must not be an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or be professionally connected to Brompton or any of its holding or subsidiary companies. Unfortunately, if you are an immediate family member of an employee, agent, supplier, Brompton franchisee, employee of a Brompton franchisee or be professionally connected to Brompton or any of its holding or subsidiary companies, you are also excluded from entering this Competition. 

3. To Enter: To enter the Competition please submit your email address, first name and surname, country of residence, post code, and details of your superpower at https://form.jotform.com/260704369233153 (the “Site”) and press “Submit”. By submitting your email address, you indicate your agreement to receiving marketing communications from Brompton, these T&C’s and our privacy terms and to submit your entry. No purchase is necessary. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person. 

4. Entry Window: The competition will run from 00:01 BST on 1st April 2026 until 23:59 BST on 31st May 2026. Any entries received after this period will be disqualified. 

5. Prize: The prize is 1 (one) ticket to the Brompton World Championships 2026, including; 

1. Entry to race at the Brompton World Championships 2026 in London 

2. Travel to the event location 

3. Hotel accommodation 

The prize valued at up to € 2,500 depending on travel requirements as of 31st March 2026. There will only be 1 winner. 

6. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected from all valid entries by unanimous decision of a panel of 3 judges appointed by Brompton within 1 month following the closing date of 23:59 BST on 31st May 2026. The decision of the panel will be final. 

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email to the email address provided within 7 working days of Winner Selection (the “Winner Notification”). Each winner will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the email. Brompton will make all reasonable efforts to contact each winner.  

8. Prize Acceptance: Each winner will be required to respond to the Winner Notification Email to confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 14 days of initial contact by Brompton. This must be done by responding directly to the Winner Notification. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 14 of days of the Winner Notification, Brompton reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant using the same process as stated in the Winner Selection section of these Terms and Conditions.
