DELIVERY
We deliver to anywhere within the UK excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. We don't deliver to forwarding addresses.
When will my order be sent out?
Our team process and send your order in 2 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves the factory, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number as well as a unique delivery code which will need to be presented to the courier to receive your order.
Delivery costs
Free delivery on all orders over £50. £4.95 delivery fee for any order under £50.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.
Please note that Click & Collect bikes can only be picked up at the collection dealer you select during checkout.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If for some reason you have bought something and changed your mind, we will reimburse the value of the items (but not the shipping costs).
Bikes: We accept used returns of bikes as part of our 28 day satisfaction guarantee, for full details please refer to our T&Cs.
Clothing, Parts and Accessories: We only accept returns on unused items in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
All unwanted items will need to be returned at your own expense unless specified otherwise by the customer service team.
To kickstart your return
Submit your Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page) within 28 days of the item being delivered.
Make sure your return parcel is postmarked within 28 days of submitting your form.
Getting your refund
Your return shipment may take up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse, plus processing time. Once we have your items checked in and processed, we'll send the refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged items
If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, fill out the Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page). And we'll take it from there, including reimbursing any shipping costs.
