You can return the bike to the shop where you picked it up and report it as damaged in the app. You can then re-hire another bike. If you have any issues, you can always contact our Customer Service team.

Bikes are hired for 24 hours by default and you can keep them for up to 30 days. We would like you to return the bike after 30 days for a routine inspection.

You are charged once you return the bike or every 3 days, Which ever is sooner. The flat 24 hour hire rate is 30 €.

Yes, the bike must be returned to the shop where you reserved it.

The majority of our rental bikes are C Line with a medium handlebar design. They come with six easy-to-use hub gears, mudguards and integrated front and rear dynamos. It's a one-size-fits-all design with an adjustable seatpost.

Due to account security and liability concerns, each account is only allowed to hire 1 bike .

Our card registration process will require payment to be verified via 3D Secure, please ensure you follow the on-screen instructions and authorise payment via your banking application.

No, we do not supply a lock. The beauty of a Brompton is that it can be taken anywhere with you and does not need to be left unattended.

It is against our Ts&Cs to leave a Brompton unattended in public either locked or unlocked.

Please contact us as soon as possible to report a loss or theft.

We will require a Crime Ref. No. from the Police that can be passed onto our insurance provider.
