Brompton currently delivers orders made on the online store to the following countries:
UK
USA
Germany
France
Spain
Italy
Belgium
Netherlands
Singapore
Please make sure the order is placed on your country specific website as we can't accept orders for a specific country being delivered to a different territory (e.g.: orders made on the UK website will only be delivered to UK addresses).
We are only able to deliver to residential addresses. Orders made with delivery to forwarding companies, PO boxes or hotels will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. This information can be found on our Terms and Conditions.
For those territories we do not yet deliver to, bike and accessories purchases can be made via the local retailer network.

Our team will process and ship your order within 2 working days (please note that this does not include public holidays or weekends).

Please note that PIN numbers will be sent to you on the day of delivery via email and text message. Ensure that you have the PIN number ready upon delivery otherwise the courier company will not release the parcel.
If you are having the order shipped to a friends or family member, we would recommend providing their contact details (email and phone number) when making the order so that they will receive the PIN numbers directly.

Please note that the chosen retailer will perform a pre-delivery inspection before handing the bike over to you. Once this inspection has been completed, the retailer will get in touch with you directly to arrange collection.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive two emails; a confirmation that your order has been dispatched and the tracking information in a separate email.
If your order is Click & Collect, tracking information will be sent to the retailer and they will contact you directly once the bike is ready to be collected.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account here. If you don’t have an order number or if you checked out as guest, please contact us here and we will provide you with order information.
Orders cannot be moved or assigned to an account once they are placed. To see the order on your Brompton account, please make sure you are logged into your account before placing your order. You can log in to your account here.
Once the order has been placed, we are not able to make any changes to the order. If you would like to modify the products purchased, we will need to cancel the existing order and a new order made on our website. To cancel your order please fill the cancellation form here.

All orders in the EU are shipped with UPS and tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times for orders with home delivery is 2-3 working days.
Please note that if the chosen delivery method is Click & Collect, the retailer will perform a pre-delivery inspection before handing the bike over to you which may add 2-3 days to your delivery depending on their workshop capacity. Once this inspection has been completed, the retailer will get in touch with you directly to arrange collection.
When placing an order on our website, we recommend entering all details, such as billing address and delivery address, as you would like them to appear on the invoice.
If you would like to add your company VAT number to the invoice, please add this information to the billing address line when placing the order.
Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change or add any additional details to the invoice. Please ensure that all information provided at the point of order is correct before completing the order.
