Shipping and delivery information

Orders are processed within 5 working days. An email with tracking details will be sent once the order leaves our warehouse.

Brompton currently delivers orders made on the online store to the following countries:

UK

USA

Germany

France

Spain

Italy

Belgium

Netherlands

Singapore

Please make sure the order is placed on your country specific website as we can't accept orders for a specific country being delivered to a different territory (e.g.: orders made on the UK website will only be delivered to UK addresses).   

We are only able to deliver to residential addresses, orders made with delivery to forwarding companies, PO boxes or hotels will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. This information can be found on our Terms and Conditions.

For those territories we do not yet deliver to, bike and accessories purchases can be made via the local retailer network.
