Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £50. £4.95 delivery fee for any orders under £50. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days; sometimes this can be longer during busy periods. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. High-value items over £100 will require a PIN number, which is supplied to you by the courier; you will need to give this PIN to the courier on delivery.
Your bike will arrive ready to ride and all the kit you need to assemble the saddle yourself.

If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 28 days at your cost.
