Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. High-value items over £100 will require a PIN number, which is supplied to you by the courier; you will need to give this PIN to the courier on delivery.
Your bike will arrive ready to ride and all the kit you need to assemble the saddle yourself.
Collect your Brompton bike from our nationwide network of accredited retailers and from our Brompton Junctions. Your bike will be expertly prepared and be ready to ride straight away. Any additional parts and accessories on your order will be sent with your bike.
Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 28 days at your cost.
