A new Brompton Junction flagship store has opened in Tokyo. The store is the 10th Junction opened and second in Japan, with others situated in major cities across the world including Kobe, London, Bangkok, Beijing, Milan, Hamburg, Shanghai, Amsterdam and Chengdu.
The opening of the store adds to a particularly exciting year for Brompton with a move to a new factory in London, launch of the Black Edition and the development of some exciting new products!
Brompton Bicycle founder and inventor Andrew Ritchie attended the store opening on 15th September and had this to say: "I have had the good fortune over recent years to meet many of our Brompton dealers in Japan, and I have been overwhelmed by their enthusiasm for the bike. I'm now looking forward to the opening of Japan's second Brompton Junction, this time, excitingly, in Tokyo itself, and as ever marked by enormous enthusiasm. Like the other Junctions around the world, the Tokyo Junction is bound to stimulate fresh interest in all things Brompton, and my hope is that it will lead many new customers, all over Japan, to join the Brompton community, and to share in the extraordinary fun of owning & using a Brompton."
The 100² metre store will offer the full range of bike models, frame colours and accessories as well as access to the Brompton Bike Builder allowing customers to choose a city bike that is perfect for their needs. Like in all Junctions, the in store staff are trained to the highest standard in Brompton bike maintenance and are on hand to assist and advise with any questions you might have. If you live or are visiting the city we would love to see you there.
