Brompton is #MadeForCities and perfect for commuting, so we’re celebrating Bike Month in New York by partnering with local advocacy group Transportation Alternatives to inspire people to try commuting by bike. All month long, we’re offering opportunities to #TryBrompton and even win your own Brompton NYC Edition bike.

Bike to Work Challenge

TA’s Bike to Work Challenge is a FREE month-long competition to find New York City’s “Bikingest Workplace.” This is the workplace with the highest percentage of employees who commute to and from work by bike in the month of May. All workplaces in the Five Boroughs are welcome to join the Challenge, whether you are a team of one or thousands.

  • The workplaces that have the highest number of trips logged per number of employees will earn awesome prizes, a new outlook on your morning commute, and bragging rights at the water cooler! Transportation Alternatives will be supporting participants at every turn of the crank.
  • Anyone who tracks five or more rides in the month of May will automatically be entered into a drawing for a Brompton NYC Edition bike and Roll-Top bag bundle.
  • Team captains of participating workplaces are invited to reserve a small fleet of Brompton bikes from local dealer NYCeWheels for FREE. Opportunities are limited and on a first come, first served basis, so reserve yours now!
  • If your organization is interested in borrowing the fleet outside of Bike Month, please contact us via nyoffice@brompton.com
