Eventbrite - Brompton Urban Challenge Oakland

Calling all Bromptoneers, here is your chance to take on the Brompton Urban Challenge! The Brompton Urban Challenge is an event which will test your skill, creativity, and ingenuity through a variety of fun and exciting challenges across the streets of Oakland.

The Brompton Urban Challenge is a fun, team-based bike adventure akin to a scavenger hunt. Challenges and clues will be hidden around the city at a number of check points, and you will record your successes via Tweets and Facebook posts. There will be a variety of prizes for contestants, but the most important thing will be to have fun!

All types of bikes are welcome to participate, but each team must have at least one rider on a Brompton. The start and finish will be at Pedalfest at Jack London Square, a free, day-long bicycle event. Bring the family; there's lots to see and participate in at Pedalfest while you're on your Challenge.

After the awarding of prizes, enjoy your free beer (token included with registration), plus food, music and festivities on Oakland's beautiful waterfront.
