Custom-made bike orders:
We are sorry that you missed the cut-off to order a Custom Bike on time for Christmas. As this is such a unique gift, you can always customise it now and Collect it from a selected store after Christmas.
 

Extended Returns:
Items purchased online between the 15th November 2019 and 26th December 2019 can be returned until the 31st January 2020, as long as they follow the Returns Terms and Conditions, available here.

Closed for Christmas:
The Brompton factory closes from the 25th December until 1st January. All the orders placed during this period will be dispatched from the 2nd January 2020.

We only ship to the following locations: UK, Netherlands, France, Spain (Mainland only), Singapore, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg. For all other territories, please contact your local dealer.

Bags, Parts and Accessories:
Orders for the mainland UK will be processed within 3 working days. 
Orders for the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe will follow the same logic but will take longer to arrive.

Bikes in stock:
Orders will be processed within 7 working days. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Custom bikes:
Orders will be processed within 8 weeks. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Pre-sell bikes:
Please check the estimated delivery date on the product description page. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or UPS. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information supplied by these services.

Orders over £20 are shipped using a tracked service. Orders under £20 are sent via 2nd Class post.

Orders are delivered free of charge to all European shipping addresses (provided we ship to that country).

Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

RETURNS

Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost. 

For all Click and Collect orders, bikes must be returned in an unused and resellable condition, to organise this please contact us via email and await instructions.

Please note: Items must be returned to the following address and not to stores or Brompton Junctions unless otherwise specified.
