UK & International Deliveries

Depending on the type of product, Brompton delivers to the following locations:

Bikes in stock with home delivery: UK and Singapore 

Bikes in stock with store collection: UK, USA and Singapore

Custom Bikes with store collection: UK

Bags, Parts and Accessories: UK, USA, Singapore, Netherlands, France, Spain (Mainland only), Portugal, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Luxembourg.

For all other territories, please contact your local dealer.

Depending on the type of product and delivery country, Brompton delivers within the following time-frames:

Bags, Parts and Accessories:

Orders for the mainland UK will be processed within 3 working days.
Orders for the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe will follow the same logic but will take longer to arrive.

Bikes


In stock with home delivery:

Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days. Once your order leaves the factory, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number.

In stock with store collection:

Orders will be processed within 7 working days. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Click and Collect:
Click and collect bikes can only be picked up at the collection dealer you select during checkout.

Custom bikes:

Orders will be processed within 8 weeks. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Pre-sell bikes:

Please check the estimated delivery date on the product description page. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or UPS. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information supplied by these services.

Orders over £20 are shipped using a tracked service. Orders under £20 are sent via 2nd Class post.

Orders are delivered free of charge to all European shipping addresses (provided we ship to that country).

Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.
