On Saturday May 20, we're partnering with the Brooklyn Public Library for their 2017 Bike the Branches event.

There are several ways to get involved on a Brompton, including guided tours, free demo rides and the Brompton Roller Racing. Plus, every adult who registers will have a chance to win a Brompton!

  • We’re giving away two Brompton NYC Edition bikes with the NYC Edition Roll-top bag
    • To qualify, register for the Bike the Branches event and visit as many Brooklyn Public Library locations as possible.
    • The cyclists with the most passport stamps from the professional and amateur adult groups will each win a bike and bag bundle!
  • We'll be leading three guided tours
    • Tours are scheduled for 10:00am, 1:00pm and 3:30pm
    • The tour will visit parts of brownstone Brooklyn with scenic views of Manhattan and several Brooklyn Public Library stops to stamp your passport.
    • Tours are free with adult registration and include a free Brompton loan if you'd like to borrow one for the tour. You’ll find options for the tours and reserving a Brompton on the Bike the Branches registration page.
    • Space on the tours and bikes available are limited, so reserve a spot today!
  • We’ll also be at the Central Library branch block party all day
    • Stop by anytime between 10am and 5:30pm for a free test ride; registration is not required
    • Lay down a time in our Brompton Roller Racing Challenge; times will be recorded throughout the day with a grand finale to be held at 6:15 pm on the Central Library’s Plaza. The winner will receive a bag that can be used with a Brompton!
    • Ask the Brompton team any questions you have about our bikes; traveling, commuting, ordering, living and riding in NYC.

Registration is $20 with all proceeds going to the Brooklyn Public Library. Sign up now!
