We only ship to the following locations: UK, the Republic of Ireland, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg. For all other territories, please contact your local dealer or distributor.

Last orders for guaranteed Christmas delivery is the 18th December. All items bought until the 21st December will be shipped, however, if you order past this date your order will be held until the factory reopens on 3rd January. 

Orders for the mainland UK will be processed within 3 working days, then shipped by Royal Mail. Orders for the Republic of Ireland and Benelux will follow the same logic but will take longer to arrive.

Our orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. By entering your email or phone number as part of the checkout process we will add these to the tracking information supplied by Royal Mail.

Orders over £20 are shipped using a tracked service. Orders under £20 are sent via 2nd Class post.

Orders are delivered free of charge to the UK & N. Ireland. For orders to the Republic of Ireland and Benelux shipping costs will be £9.


Please note that we are closed over the weekends and on Bank Holidays.

Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost. Please note: Items must be returned to the following address and not to stores or Brompton Junctions.

How to return an item

To return an item, please do the following:

  1. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation – this can be accessed via My Orders in your My Brompton Account.
  2. Post it back to us at the address below.
  3. If you are returning an unwanted item we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as responsibility for the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of them.
  4. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and with the hang tags (if applicable) still attached.
  5. We will notify you via email of your refund, should you be eligible, once we have received and processed the returned item.
